Every 10–15 Minutes, All Night, All Year
Four vans rotate on a continuous loop between the lot and all Sea-Tac terminals. There is no schedule to memorize because there's always one either loading or on its way. Overnight (11pm–4am) we drop to two vans and the loop stretches to 15, maybe 20 minutes on a slow Tuesday. That's the worst case.
Heading to the Airport
- Park, then walk to any of the three pink-signed shelters — middle of row D, garage level 1, and beside the booth
- The driver logs your row and stall on a card and hands it to you. Photograph it. Lose it anyway? The booth has the carbon copy.
- Bags go in the back — the driver loads, you board. Kids' car seats: leave yours locked in your car; we carry two boosters per van.
- Drop-off is at your airline's door on the departures drive, not a central island
Coming Home
- Get your bags first, then call (206) 555-0177 or text your name to the same number
- Walk to island 1, door 02 on the arrivals drive (third island out, look for the pink elephant decal on the pillar)
- Average wait after the call: 8 minutes. Worst documented wait ever: 24 minutes, February 2014 blizzard, and the driver brought hand warmers.
- Valet customers: your car is already at the curb when the van gets back. That's the point of valet.
Mobility needs? Van #3 has a wheelchair lift. Mention it when you call — or at the gate on the way in — and #3 does your pickup, no extra wait beyond its position in the loop.
The Fleet, Such As It Is
Four Ford Transit high-roofs, numbered 1 through 4 like a much bigger operation. Heated in winter, actually air-conditioned in summer, cleaned every shift. Drivers are our employees — W-2, background-checked, mostly long-timers. Tips are never expected and always kept by the driver, not pooled to the house.
